Our agritourism, is located in the centre of the Tuscan countryside at around 15 km from Siena away; we offer comfortable apartments rebuilt in a private and secluded hamlet dating back to XIII century, located alongside an enchanting wooded slope and a panoramic swimming pool. The Selva Estate is part of a naturalistic habitat of great interest separating and linking the Arbia valley with its Francigena – the route that led emperors, merchants and pilgrims towards Rome – and the Merse valley with its sea route leading to the grasslands and ports of Grosseto and the Maremma area. We are a perfect choice to spend a relaxing holiday among meadows and woodlands. Historical towns and colourful villages are located at short distance by car. At the guests’ service there is a panoramic swimming pool of 70 square metres, amazing view for your relaxing moments. Deck chairs and sunshades are at free disposal.

Each apartment has a new kitchen with induction stove and all the necessary to cook.

GermanyWe had a lovely stay at Tenuta della Selva. The amenities and communication were great! The apartment itself is down a three mile dirt track road. We particularly liked the pool which had an amazing view over the olive fields. Everything in the flat was very neat and orderly – several Tuscan books were also left for our reading which made a nice touch!

ItalyProprietà nel bosco. È necessario prendere una strada sterrata ben mantenuta per circa 3 km per raggiungere gli appartamenti, ma è piacevole e puoi incontrare caprioli o cinghiali. La casa è molto spaziosa e la piscina è molto pulita. C’è un bel barbecue nell’area della piscina e zona molto silenziosa. Eravamo lì ad agosto e le notti sono abbastanza fredde per rinfrescare la casa. I ventilatori previsti erano quindi sufficienti. C’è un mini supermarket nella piccolo villaggio, Ville di Corsano, che in realtà ha tutto il necessario. Siena è a 25 minuti di auto e molte altre destinazioni turistiche puoi raggiungerle in 45-60 minuti in auto.
